OK- we've never been to the Galapagos Islands and probably never will, but thought we'd post pictures while we are waiting for our new camera. These were taken by a couple we know who visited recently. Even though the Galapagos Islands are part of Ecuador, these pictures are as close to the island as most Ecuadorians will ever get. The Galapagos islands are well known for their exotic and rare animal species. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Oh brother, You know we would love to visit the galapagos islands! That would be a dream come true to see all those beautiful creatures. Realistically, we will probably never get there either, but thanks for sharing the great pictures. We love them. And, you'll have your own camera in another week and a half - Hooray! Ok, I just about pooped my pants when I saw those pictures. I of course examined the photos before reading your little blurb and thought that you guys had a nice tropical get away or something. Can that aqua water look anymore inviting? Thanks for the photos, so beautiful.
