This week, we have started to help the kids with their homework at the soup kitchen after school. Many of the children need help with Math and English, but do not receive the help at home due to working or uneducated parents. We have had a lot of fun helping the kids and it's been a good way to practice our Spanish.

This is the first time I've lightly missed not teaching now that I'm a stay at home mommy. You guys are doing such great work there! I love that your mission work is centered around building relationships.
I have been praying that God would just occupy your time with Him and all that He wants you to do down there! :O) What an answer to prayers!! I want to be thre with you all so badly!! I miss you!
oh yeah...Greg..Love the Wheaties...Representing Kellog's in Ecuador!! :O) nice!
Amy and Greg! What types of homework are you helping these kids with? Math, English, etc? You two have been out of school for quite a while. You better sharper up on that Math! haha. You two are doing great things.
amy and greg,
I am jealous! what you are doing looks so gratifying. Giving of your time and selves to children, and in the process building up their self esteem and sense of who they are in the eyes of God, you are doing wonderful things. Are you ever going to want to come back?!!! ha ha. Take good care of yourselves.
love Aunt Laura
